Full-service public marina renting everything from pontoons to a 48-foot sailing catamaran. Kids feed the resident turtles from the docks while waiting for a table at the on-site BBQ joint.
Just a mile south of the Table Rock Dam, State Park Marina is the primary public gateway to Table Rock Lake for the main Branson area. It’s a massive facility set inside the state park, with over 650 slips extending out into the clear water and views of the surrounding Ozark mountains. The whole place is built for getting people out on the lake, whether they own a boat or not. The main business here is rentals. You can get just about anything, from standard ski boats and WaveRunners to large pontoons, some of which come equipped with their own waterslides. The marina also handles activities like parasailing and tubing. For something different, there’s a full-service scuba shop on-site that offers lessons and certification, plus two unique charter boats – a 49-passenger sailing catamaran called "The Spirit of America" and a classic mahogany Hacker-Craft for private tours. Back on shore, the Boathouse Boutique stocks nautical-themed gifts and apparel, but more importantly, it’s where you grab practical items like sunscreen, bait, and snacks. Next to it, the seasonal Danna's BBQ & Burger Shop serves as a casual spot for a post-lake meal. Around the loading ramps, you’ll usually find people sitting on the benches, watching and feeding the turtles, fish, and geese that gather near the docks. It’s a dog-friendly place, and a paved walking and biking trail connects directly to the marina. On busy weekends, parking can be tight, but look for the free red wagons stacked near the lot – they’re there to help you haul your gear down to the boats.
